After studying at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, our Founder Franz Dornbach decided to digitize one of the least digital industries in the world: The Metals & Mining sector. Working for the Metals Hub GmbH as an early-stage employee and Head of Sales, he witnessed how hundreds of industrial companies struggle to get ahead of the trends and possibilities that technology offers nowadays.

After leading dozens of digitization projects in large steel mills and global mining companies, Franz decided to found his own company dedicated to customers in the industrial space - Phairom. This venture is dedicated to focusing on simple yet powerful AI applications, relying on the power of a new technology that finally becomes accessible to many people and companies.

We at Phairom are true to our most important business principle - Trust above all. Following this spirit, the team consists also of family members who have a background in Legal and Audit.
